Acrobat and Reader let you print comments in the following formats:
If you want to print the text in the Notes and Pop-ups in the original position and don't want to print the summarized comments at the end of the PDF document, you could go to File Preferences Commenting check Print notes and pop-ups then perform the printing. Note: The Print notes and pop-ups is supported since version 9.2.0. Aug 10, 2012 Print the powerpoint slide to a pdf file. Using Acrobat or similar, insert that file with lines between every two pages of your pdf file. Print the final outcome to a new pdf file, six pages per sheet, with 'print page border' unchecked. You will have your original slides on the left and those lines.

Only open pop-up comments print. Overlapping comments also overlap in the printout.
Print a comment summary (Acrobat X and 9, Reader X)
A comment summary lists all the comments in your document. Printing a summary is helpful if the document contains many comments or comments that overlap on the page.
Tip: To preview comments before you print, choose Comments > Summarize Comments.

Printed handouts: Add or remove slide numbering
By default, in PowerPoint for Office 365 (beginning with version 1810), printed handouts include a slide number below each slide image.
You can turn off this option in the Print dialog box on the same menu where you chose to print Handouts. At the bottom of the menu are several toggle options with check marks. Clear the check mark next to Print slide numbers on handouts:
The Outline prints only the text in the slides, without images. The Notes of a presentation show the slide and the related speaker notes below it. If you choose to print Handouts, you can print several slides on one page using a variety of layouts, some with space for note-taking.
